|K. Joseph DeFrancisco: Owner K. Joseph Salon|
After six years of active duty in the US Navy, Joseph entered La James College and began a career keeping clients looking
and feeling their best. As a stylist and salon owner, he has continued to grow and evolve with the many changes and
enhancements that have been brought to the world of hair styling.
Joseph stays involved in his industry through continuing education opportunities in all areas of hair coloring, sculpting, and styling. He enjoys the challenge of staying current on new techniques as well as keeping his fundamentals finely tuned. He has done this not only by attending local continuing education courses, but also through opportunities domestically in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, as well as internationally in Rome, Florence, and London.
While his talents and career have taken him from the runways during fashion week in New York City to the red carpets of Los Angeles during the Oscars, one thing has remained constant...his drive to bring his knowledge of the industry to his own salon and his clients here in the Quad Cities.
When not at the salon, Joseph occupies his time as an avid dog lover and activist. He enjoys participating, donating to, and supporting many events and fundraisers held to increase the awareness of the needs of rescue canines as well as the importance of service/companion dogs.
|Danielle Livermore: Stylist|
Danielle is a native of the Quad City area and graduated from Moline Senior High School in 2010. She immediately
knew she wanted a career in hairstyling and salon services so she enrolled at Paul Mitchell in Davenport, where she
graduated from in 2012. While there, Danielle worked hard to stand out and served as the Student Council President
and a member of the "Be Nice, Or Else" team.
Already in her career as a stylist, Danielle has worked on the Dress Charity Event for Paul Mitchell, styling hair, and has stepped forward for additional volunteer and charity events. Danielle has also worked behind the scenes for various television spots on the Paul Sands Live show to promote and advertise Paul Mitchell's Project Dress.
Even though she recently graduated, Danielle continues her education by attending local seminars and classes. She has found her strengths in creating "updos" for special occasions and in corn row braid styles.
